Aaron, our Co-Founder and CEO brings over 25 years of experience in skilled nursing and long-term care. Aaron has owned and operated several skilled nursing companies.
Erin Thomas – Chief Clinical Officer
Erin Thomas is our Chief Clinical Officer with over 20 years of experience in skilled nursing, with a proven track record of elevating quality, compliance, and operational performance across long-term, post-acute, and complex care environments. As a registered nurse and nursing home administrator, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges associated with caring for residents in varied demographics, from the clinical and operational space. Some of Erin’s previous roles outside of Sweetwater for varied states include the position of Director of Clinical Operations, Clinical Officer, Vice President of Operations and Director of Public Affairs with the Colorado Health Care Association.
Brice Keyser – Chief Financial Officer
Brice has been working with healthcare-related businesses for more than 25 years.
Brett Cook, NHA – COO
Brett is passionate about caring for others as part of the Sweetwater Care team, with over 20 years of working with residents, staff, and local communities.
